Communication
In order to provide efficient care, our office has implemented the following policies for communication.
Phone calls to the office may be made for information regarding scheduling/re-scheduling and medical inquires.
Messages left are checked at the end of the day, and responses will be directed for the following day.
For urgent inquiries, please contact your family doctor or emergency services.
Phones will be answered as follows:
Monday to Thursday:
8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
1:30 pm - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Our office accepts emails for relevant photos and medical information that will assist with the management of your allergic condition. Information sent will be charted appropriately,
Emails will be checked once a week.
Email services are not for rescheduling appointments, as our office does not check emails in a timely manner to provide rescheduling times.
Email services are not a method for giving medical advice.

TEXTING
The texting service (Mighty Text) is reserved for outgoing information regarding your appointment.
This number cannot receive incoming messages.
Fax is used for incoming and outgoing prescriptions.
Prescriptions will need to be renewed and accepted by pharmacies within one year of patient encounter.
Further need for renewals are asked to go through your family doctor.
