Food Allergy Testing

To truly determine whether you have a food protein allergy, the gold standard is an in-office oral challenge where we can monitor and treat any reactions that may occur with ingestion of your suspect food. Our clinic has samples of most allergenic foods (peanuts, most tree nuts, milk, eggs, etc). However, you may be requested to bring a sample of the suspect food to contribute to your investigation. Please keep your food frozen until your consultation appointments.
