Our office recognizes that waiting times for consultations are longer than we would like. We appreciate the referrals to our office and strive to satisfy our patients and their caregivers. In case of urgent referrals, please ask your referring health care provider to call our office to indicate the urgency and our office will accommodate as best possible to see ASAP.
-
In most cases, prescriptions are faxed to your pharmacy during your consultation. These prescriptions should last for 3 to 6 months, depending on the medication and condition being treated. If you have a follow-up appointment recommended by our office, further renewals will be considered then. Otherwise, we kindly ask that further refills by directed and monitored by your family physician.

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. All missed appointments are subject to a $75 charge. Unfortunately due to the high volume of patients, we are unable to accommodate missed appointments and follow-ups. Exceptions may be made with extraordinary circumstances or urgent situations determined on an individual basis. Please ask your family physician to resend a referral to our office to reschedule.
